We can make a bespoke suitcase of any size for your luggage rack. Your suitcase will be made with waterproof fabrics: mohair canvas, faux leather or carbon fibre-effect materials. The mohair canvas is is same as often used for cabriolet hoods. Our faux leather is also waterproof.

We use YKK Aquaguard water-repellent zips so that any water ingress is kept to an absolute minimum but we cannot guarantee our cases as fully waterproof. Coloured zips are available (black, dark red, dark green, navy, grey, ivory, or tan) and will be complementary to your case colour/s.

The suitcases also have ‘keepers or lugs’ for the luggage straps and these are the same colour as the case, unless specified. Click her to purchase our Leather Luggage straps.

All cases now come with interior cross straps in the case. Optional extras include mesh pockets or moveable panels.

Morgan cases: The usual case size is 80cm long x 45cm high x 20cm deep, which is a volume of 72 litres. This fits the luggage rack nicely and still allows for a rear-view from the driver’s seat. There is also a new design for Morgan cases: a nearly square case (70cm wide x 60cm high x 20cm deep) or with the corners notched out for the petrol filler cap (89cm-58cm wide x 51cm high x 17.5cm deep).
